The Legacy School makes decisions based on anticipated enrollment. Your future plans influence our current decisions.

 

 

Returning Students

Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th grade): $4,000 yearly or $400 monthly

New Students

Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th grade): $4,500 yearly or $450 monthly

 

There is a 10% discount for siblings, for the second and any additional siblings.

 

Student Resource Fee

Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th grade): $250

The resource fee can be added to your tuition payments or paid in full during registration. This fee covers items such as student assessments, manipulative kits, one yearbook, concerts, theater productions, and most field trips.

 

Withdrawal Fee

After August 15th:

Returning students

   Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th grade): $650

New Students

   Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th grade): $700

 

Withdrawal fee is due prior to the release of any student records. Families owe the full month’s fee for any month in which the student(s) attended school plus the withdrawal fee.

 

Tardy Fee

Students who come to school late (after 8:30am) 3 times or more in a given month without a doctor’s note will be fined $50.

2023-2024 Opportunity Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements have been Updated

The application cycle opened on February 1, 2023.  If your family meets the income requirements and one of the following: your student attends a North Carolina public school, is a rising kindergarten, first-grade, or second-grade student, is in foster care or adopted within the last year, or has a parent who is active-duty military, you may qualify for the Opportunity Scholarship Program.
